Is This the End of Netflix Games?👀

🎮 Is This the Beginning of the End of Netflix Games?

Netflix has been releasing some fantastic indie games over the years. Katana ZERO? Awesome! Hades? Just a masterpiece. And let’s not forget Into the Breach.

But but but…. as reported by The Verge, Netflix president of games Alain Tascan recently said that “We will continue supporting some of them, but I feel that indie gamers are not really coming to Netflix to find indie games,”.

Tascan might be right, but this means we likely won’t get many more great indie games on Netflix, who will instead focus on party games, kids games, Netflix show games, and larger “mainstream” releases.

So, is Netflix Games dying out? If you love indie games, they kinda are. But if you prefer TV-focused games and larger cross-platform releases, there is still hope :)
