🎮 Top Story: Squad Busters hits 25 million pre-registrations in record time

The first Supercell game to launch globally since Brawl Stars in 2018 just reached 25 million pre-registrations - in a little over a week.

But why are mobile games so hit-or-miss? Some games get 2 billion downloads, while other just as great games are lucky to get 5k.

When smartphones first took off, there were so few games that it was relatively easy to find most new ones. But in 2024, with thousands of games releasing every week, it’s almost impossible.

And that’s why many great games go unnoticed. Discovery is simply broken, and unless you have a massive brand/budget like Supercell, it’s hard to compete.
