🎮 Minecraft gets a movie?
Minecraft.. the video game turned mobile game, now gets a movie launching in theatres on April 4th, 2025. We’ve seen it before with the Angry Birds movie, Warcraft movie, Assassin’s Creed, and last year we even got a movie called “Tetris”.
Now it’s Minecraft’s turn - the hugely popular PC and mobile game, and I’m curious to see what this movie will actually be about. Generally speaking these movie adaptions of video games aren’t great - Angry Birds received a 6.3 score on IMDB, Warcraft received 6.7, and Assassin’s Creed received 5.6! It’s almost as if these video games are better as that - games!
When will we get Clash of Clans the Movie, Subway Surfers the Movie (there’s already a small animated show), or a Candy Crush movie?
