Bye CoD: Warzone, Hello Fortnite?👀

PLUS: The anticipated Game of Thrones: Kingsroad is launching, a Prince of Persia game scores 9.3 on MiniReview, and Netflix launches Peppa Pig on mobile

🎮 Call of Duty: Warzone Mobile is Shutting Down After Just a Year

Well, that didn’t take long…

Almost exactly a year after we first reviewed CoD: Warzone, the game is now gone from Google Play and the App Store.

Ironically, the core gameplay actually wasn’t bad. But the game was just riddled with bugs, a disastrous launch, bad optimization, and mediocre graphics.

Oh, and we already had a Battle Royale mode in the normal CoD: Mobile game that ran way more smoothly. So why bother? Well, very few did. And that’s why it’s now gone.

Thankfully, anyone who spent money in the game can use their leftover CoD Points in CoD: Mobile and will even get extra rewards if they login with the same Activision account.

So bye bye Warzone. It was… “interesting” to know you.
