🎮 Top Story: Age of Empires Mobile is out - but who actually cares?
Age of Empires is one of PC's most beloved real-time strategy games. And today it launched on mobile. Yay! Or…wait? 🤔
I’ve spent the last 30 minutes playing the game, and while the graphics look great and the game is polished, the pay-to-win is already starting to creep in. This includes a gacha system, wait-timers that can be skipped, a paid battle pass, another paid battle pass, and even a VIP system.
So I think we can add this one to the long list of great IPs that haven’t gotten the treatment they deserve on mobile. But thankfully, there are lots of great games releasing these days, including Balatro, Vault of the Void, and Arcane Quest 4. Read on for more of those actual great games :)
